Heart palpitations during meditation - are they anything to worry about?

Heart palpitations can be caused by a lot of things like genetics, dehydration, etc. AYP can't give medical advice. It is best to consult a doctor.

It is possible that heart palpitations are caused by too much kundalini energy before the body is ready. If this is the case, self-pacing can help.
