Siddhasana - what is it?

Siddhasana means "seat of the perfected ones." It is performed while sitting on a soft surface, crosslegged. The heel of one foot is placed under the perineum, creating some pressure.

For siddhasana to be effective, it is essential that you are stable in the preceeding practices (click "Main Lessons" above to start basic practices.)
