Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right forum, but here it goes:

I was resting, in savasana, for 10 min at the end of my routine, and I was even having some small thoughts here and there when suddenly, I felt myselt entering what I can only call a state of "Super silence" but.. with "heighted alertness" if I can call it that.
It's like I was super alert but super silent at the same time..
it lasted less than 10 seconds, but it was amazing.

What is this? Thanks!
