Hi All:
We are currently in the process of restoring the full content of the original free AYP online lessons, including adding back 100 instructional lessons, with upgraded format for easier reading (including with Google Translate), and with links to lesson additions, audio, dedicated support and other features in AYP Plus.
The restoration of the free lessons is running in parallel with the AYP Plus lessons audio project, which is currently up to Main Lesson 170 and Tantra Lesson T25.
You can find the free lessons at the Main and Tantra Lesson links in the top menu of this page.
Thank you to all who have made this restoration possible by purchasing the AYP books and subscribing to AYP Plus. It is because of you that we are able to bring back all of the original free lessons.
I hope many will continue to offer their support by obtaining the expanded content and features in the AYP books and AYP Plus so the free resources can continue to be available as a starting point for independent practitioners around the world long into the future.
