1- If i excite myself sexually by seeing a woman then my prostate gland will be full of seminal fluid ready to ejaculate. But then i ignore the situation and walk away from it. My question is what will happen to the prostate fluid? Do i need to masturbate to clear it out?

2- i have noticed that when i watch porn or think about lusty thoughts for hours and stop it and ejaculate the semen few days later, semen has huge yellow jelly like substance sometimes crystal like substances (which are sometimes little painful to ejaculate). So what should i do?
is it best to ejaculate in such conditions or not. my belief says i should ejaculate and clear my prostate. Please comment

3-If i accidentally get excited sexually, should i clear my prostate gland to remove gross semen?

Hi PureandClean

all of your observations are normal and there is no need to clear out the system. The body knows how and what to do with the fluids :)

You will always get excited as long as you live :P The functions of the body keep going. More important than keeping the semen is a daily spiritual practice that creates a habit in the body and mind to transform life energies from gross to subtle. By this the bodily semen will be transformed more easily aswell and used in this process.

Keeping the semen without a more direct spiritual practice may not be as beneficial or even disturbing depending on your life style and sexual inclinations. You may have read of celibacy stories going in the wrong direction :P

Sometimes, what happens happens, also never worry. Enjoy and (if so) happy practice :)

Holy gives excellent advice. Just by practicing meditation/yoga, the system uses what it will to move you along. Nature will expel any excess through nocturnal emissions if necessary; an occasional "solo session", especially for a young man, is hardly failure. Inquiry into your porn watching, perhaps find other devotional outlets. Semen is gross if you believe it to be; I prefer to think of it in sacred terms.

Painful ejaculation should be checked by your urologist.

I think it depends on a lot of factors in my experience, pureandclean.

When I was 20 I took up meditation in earnest. Much of the content of yoga and meditation that I read came from monastics, rather than householders, so the message was always that one could not progress spiritually without being celibate. Try as I might, I found it impossible. But looking back on it at 32, I realize that that's just because I was still going through puberty, as puberty ends around 25 for men. Despite this, I was able to achieve samadhi (for the 5th jhana of infinite space of the immaterial realms if you use buddhist mind maps, as I do) by the time I was 21. I did what I could at the time to minimize masturbation and sex, but when you're young, the impulse is naturally very strong. During the intensive period where I was practicing karma yoga/insight meditation all day long and ajapa japa 2 or 3 times daily for 2 months in order to reach samadhi, I was still masturbating 2-4 times a week.

While it's true that sexual ejaculation causes aberrations in the field of consciousness that makes it difficult to steady the mind on an object at a very high level, these effects only last hours (in my experience about 3 hours, with small ripples for about 2 days after). Being horny itself, though, also causes aberrations in the field of consciousness, because you cannot concentrate.

There is a difference between forced celibacy, and natural celibacy arising from spiritual practices. Forced celibacy is only helpful if you are masturbating or having sex when you're not horny, and thus doing it as entertainment instead of a biological need. Forced celibacy when one is genuinely horny is counterproductive. You are only hurting yourself.

When you get better at meditation, particularly through the use of kriyas, and the energy begins moving up the spine and into the brain, it uses the sexual energy stored around the perineum to fuel this, and this creates a natural celibacy. You will simply begin to desire sexual release less and less, and will not be horny very often, as the fluid does not build up as quickly. It is around this time that self-pacing becomes necessary, because too much energy into the brain too quickly leads to the overloads that are discussed on this forum. This is the only celibacy you need to concern yourself with. But this takes time and experience. Even then, however, you will still get horny on occasion. This simply means the sexual fluid is building up and needs to be dealt with, as there are no benefits to forcing celibacy when that happens.

Reduce your dependance on pornography, though. Frequent contact of the senses or mind with thoughts and images that're sexually arousing causes horniness where there was none, and will force the body to build up fluids in response to anticipated sexual release. Engage in sexual activities when you're horny, not as a source of entertainment or to pass the time.

This is my take on it from my own experience, so use what you will.
