Hi everyone,

In case you wonder ... what happens if you stop doing Khecari?
save yourselves some trouble and don't stop for too long
because the soft palate will no longer let you in.

After something like 6 to 7 months i quit practicing daily
Kechari (an every other practice besides Talabya),
maybe because of frustation (couldn't hold it for
more than 20 seconds, and had lots of strange sensations
plus an unsolvable strange thing in my chest, which is still
there)

Even when trying to stop every spiritual practice, the conductivity
seems to increase by itself, despite all my efforts to stop it
(heavy foods, lots of drinking, and sedentary stressful lifestyle)
because for one time in years i wanted to feel nothing strange
in my chest!

My own advice to others is to actually read something more
"technical" on Kundalini, at least for me it's the only
reasonable explanation to all my symptoms (Kundalini symptoms
range from the "classical" energy rush to whatever illness or ailment
humanity has seen in all it's existence!) and it's been
a sort of inspiration to start again.

No amount of self pacing worked here ...
Maybe "the only way out is through"

I guess everyone goes through some kind of crisis from time to
time, right?

Now i'm trying to get back on track, my frenum is stretched enough
but the gate has clearly sealed itself (use it or loose it ...)

Blessings to everyone

I hear ya Anibaru. My life's been a bit of a roller coaster ride too on the "conductivity" side.

Its great you're hangin' in there with frenum stretching.

Even a minute or two of ayam mantra while crapping will help balance the sh*t life throws our way too.

Bless you Anibaru!

Sorry for my dogmatic thing mr. adishivayogi, but it shouldn't be a surprise
that if you stop completely the yoga practices for some time, then at least some effort
should be spent to recover the training, like doing sports or something else.

We all are different and in my case i have to do something to get the Kechari back

Hello, Hi Anibaru you are not alone in this, after suffering a prolonged illness of about six weeks during which abstained from all spiritual practices as the Bhakti makes the tongue go up and to restrain it during these times really does not work.

After six weeks of not practicing Kechari it was discovered that the Soft Pallet was no longer as flexible as it once had been and the tendon under the tongue tended to get sore. Over time and daily practice this all went back to being comfortable again.
