Hello everybody!
I am glad I have found this forum, as it provided me with answers to many of my questions.
Has anyone of you successfully practiced swara yoga and would be so kind to share some practical aspects and answer some questions?

I have the book a few weeks ago but after some reading I decided to have it just as information source . The following sentence made me remind about practicing it :" Swara yoga is comparable to kriya or kundalini yoga in its demands on your capacity and actual knowledge of yoga "
I wouldn't start do kriya yoga by my self so I will not mess with this one too :)

Although the book is very interesting and detail about how the prana flows and works and I'll be happy to hear more about it as well :)
