Hi Guys,

We had a great retreat last weekend in the Cotswolds. A big thanks to everyone who helped to make it happen and especially to DeeDee for her amazing cooking! We were blessed with good weather for the weekend. Quite a few people were experiencing openings on an emotional level and working through that with one person experiencing overload by the end of the retreat. There were some very beautiful meditation sessions over the weekend, especially on the last day where the group energy could really be felt strongly. It is certainly a blessing to have the use of such a beautiful retreat centre on a regular basis.

Looking forward to the next one in December.
