I'd like input from those actively experiencing and educated
about the nectar cycle, and who are not purely traditionalists
in this matter.

I formerly had large issues with the sexual energy mixing in
the stomach as part of soma production. As a matter of fact
it gave me great stomach upset and refused to mix properly.

There are a number of reasons for this no doubt, but I don't
wish to discuss that particular topic. I also have never thought
that 'one size must fit all' or 'one is *gasp* not doing things
in lock step precision with some ancient sage or system'.

So for a while now, the sexual energy has been pooling into my
lower dan tien as a Taoist would say. Its a spot about 1.5 inches
below the navel and perhaps 2 inches inwards or so. It started
doing this as an automatic kriya, so I didn't go looking for this.
I barely knew what a dan tien was, nor cared for Taoism.

With the sexual energy pooling there first, and pre-mixing with
other essences in the body, then it flows to the stomach
and it has none of the choppy quality at all.

Also my general health and emotional well-being are much
improved.

Many other positive things have transpired as well.

This mixing seems to make the whole thing effortless.

Any observations or feedback?

Hi Kevin,

That sounds fine. The place you describe sounds like the svadisthana chakra which is the sexual chakra in the body. Sounds like good things are happening for you.

That's a funny thought.

I'm pretty certain I'm not 'putting 'it' in the wrong hole' !!
(wrong chakra).

But who knows?

I'll investigate that theory.

But I'll stick with my theory, if that is what it takes to
keep working well.

Our goal is wholeness, not necessarily technical mastery.

Hi Kevin,

With the nectar cycle there is a lot going on, the activation of chakras, the rise of kundalini, the drawing up of sexual fluids and energy from the pelvis, the mixing of energies in the manipura chakra and so on. So there isn't one place where things happen. Later on the higher chakras come into play as well. But it all happens automatically as we carry on with our yoga, so there is no need to be concerned about it. Just practice, and everything will happen as it should.
