Hi everyone. My name is Paul and I just registered to participate on the AYP website. I don�t have a specific question to ask, but I wanted to put out that I am in Brooklyn, NY and I would like to know if there is anyone out there in the local area. I would also be happy to meet anyone else out there who wants to say hi. I have been doing the Amaroli practice for about eleven months now and have been meditating just as long. However I just began meditation with the I AM mantra and I find that very helpful. I guess I am looking to connect with people who are on a similar path to share info and ideas with. Thank you.

welcome, Nyspirit1! AYP is a great system and a wonderful sangha. Interestingly, I began doing amaroli today and just posted about it a few minutes ago...
