Reflecting on what has been said here I would like to discuss Sadhak's idea of incorporating some outward healing in the Sunday Gobal Meditations.
As discussed, the way to do this, in keeping with AYP principles, is to do a samyama healing. This presents the problem however that some people here would not yet be doing samyama and might be tempted to jump into it prematurely in order to take part in the healing.
As this would be an experiment we could, as a group, do the samyama healing on one person here and then get feedback from that person on what, if any, effects they felt. It could be done on a different person each week.
This, in effect, would add an extra 30 seconds onto normal samyama. All that would be required is to say the persons name in ones mind and then release it into the silence, after 15 seconds do this again.
If this idea was approved and adopted by people then it would be important to note the following:
1. That a person who does not currently have regular samyama incorporated into their normal practice - should not jump into doing samyama so that they can partake in the healing.
2. The recipient of samyama healing does not have to practice samyama.

I would like to add my name to the list josephuk for the reason that i am feeling very stuck at the moment with a particular karma which is dragging me down strongly. I spent 6 months of last year in hospital after my guru wrathfully but compassionately cut through a lot and i'm still piecing things together. i'd like it to be left on the list as my diagnosis is schizophrenia.

Just a quick thank you to all from my daughter Akasha and our whole family for keeping her in your samyama. Akasha is now 10 months old and doing very well. Both legs are now seated in the sockets and staying there. She spent 1 month in a brace which did not help, then had some surgery followed by 3 months in a full body cast and another 6 weeks in a different style of brace. At this time she only has to wear the brace when sleeping and she is crawling and even pulling herself up to stand. She will have to be monitored regularly until the age of 7, but as long as the legs stay in the sockets there will be no more surgery or casts.

Hey everyone sorry for the trouble again. I just found out that my mother probably has cancer. The signs all say so and she's been to the doctor (hes the one who said so...) but she's been to afraid to go and get the results... So we don't know yet. And she's been through sooooo much depression and violence throughout her whole life already and has been such a loving person all along it's a shame.
You know I would have NEVER expected something like this to come, you see it happening to very few other people or read about people on the internet and then... Suddenly. Im shook I cant think straight sorry for the too-much-talk! It really hurts just to think about it I don't want to lose her and we haven't got the money for any special treatment (I don't know how cancer is actually treated and how it is for the person amd if it costs then how much this would be). So after so much bla, please introduce her to the list, her name is Sofia.
I thank you so much! I hope the power of love and the global samyama efforts will prevent the reality from being cancer...

Hello dear people of the AYP support forum :)
I would like you to add me to your list
It is not as accute as it might be with others but could you maybe place me as close to the top (ofcourse! after the high priority cases)
Simply because very soon I am going to take a huge step in my life and for once this has to really work out. It is going to be very tough for me I guess and I can't have my fear and stress hold me down. I wil try to save my earthly life from falling into pieces and maybe taking me with it. I don't know how you could help but any form of help is greatly needed. My persnal 2012 you could say, hehe :) I wanna make the leap, cover me! |

Ananda, kami, and others, topics involving large scale disasters will be considered and discussed, but as a potential project separate from the individual samyama healing program. Otherwise, there is no intention of altering the current scope of the samyama list as it is and continues to run every Saturday and Sunday. |

1)Name of recipient: Betty Thompson (my granny)
2)Please keep on list until I request removal
3)Why the request - Betty is a kind old lady, and is suffering greatly mainly due to old age related health problems. She lives alone, and has fallen down and been unable to get up several times, and has had to be admitted to hospital several times. She's currently in hospital. She's very sad and depressed when I've seen her. Please keep her in your thoughts. :-)
