In
the AYP lessons, the primary application of Ayurveda is as an aid for
stabilizing the kundalini energies as discussed in Lessons
69 and 304, particularly as related to diet. Of
course, Ayurveda has much broader applications than that, spanning the
entire range of human health, providing a sound foundation for daily living,
